I believe the golden turmeric broth is helping with my joints especially the knees. I have noticed some relief around my knees. I drink it daily pairing with squats and can say I feel the stiffness reducing. Will get my mum to try for a couple of weeks and will return back.

Tastes pleasant and dissolves OK with a good stir and crushing floating bits on the side of the mug with the back of the spoon. My hair is already in much better condition so I think it’s working!
Too garlicky, and turmeric is strong, so had to reduce the amount and by adding milk, it gives a "smooth" taste.
