1. This is marketed as no flavour; it most certainly does have a taste and smell that can only be compared to rotting animals. 2. It is supposed to dissolve in hot or cold; it does not. When put in Cold drinks it clumps together awfully. Overall a very poor quality product. Due to the cost I’m desperately trying to use it but it makes me gag. As a near vegetarian I think I’ll try vegan next time. Planet paleo you must do better with advertising… your claims are false.

That said, collagen is a naturally derived animal protein, and some people are more sensitive to its natural aroma and taste, particularly when taken in plain water or cold drinks. We appreciate that this wasn’t what you were expecting. In terms of mixing, collagen dissolves most smoothly when it’s gradually stirred into warm liquids. Because our collagen contains no additives or flow agents, it can clump if added quickly to cold drinks. A simple workaround many customers find helpful is blending it briefly, which creates a completely smooth texture. We’re sorry if our product information didn’t set expectations clearly enough — that’s helpful feedback and something we take seriously. Transparency matters to us. For context, we work to keep our formulations as clean and additive-free as possible, and our collagen is certified to some of the highest standards in Europe, including LIAF Grass-Fed, Soil Association, and MSC certifications.
