Our collagen peptides are produced from cattle roaming on natural Argentine grassland and eating their natural diet of grass 365 days a year. The collagen is certified by LIAF Control: a member of the American Grass-Fed Association. Their verification process certifies that grass-fed collagen peptides are derived solely from grass-fed cattle and meet strict quality and animal welfare standards. The cattle are raised outdoors on naturally formed pastures, eating their natural diets.
Key benefits
Pure Collagen provides type 1 collagen protein which is the most abundant type in the human body alongside a small amount of type 3 collagen. Collagen is prevalent in connective tissues and found in high concentrations in the skin, tendons, ligaments and bones.
- Skin health: Hydrolysed collagen supplements have been shown to reach the deeper layers of the skin and improve skin physiology and appearance, increasing hydration, elasticity, firmness, reducing wrinkles, and rejuvenating skin (1).
- Joint health: Collagen can help with pain management, stiffness, and support mobility due to the anti-inflammatory nature of its amino acids including glycine and proline, which are essential for the stability and regeneration of cartilage (2).
- Gut health: Daily collagen use may reduce bloating and improve mild digestive symptoms (3).
Exercise performance: Research has shown that supplementing with collagen powder after resistance training helps to increase muscle mass and strength (4).

How to Use:
We recommend using collagen daily for optimal results. The benefits really depend on the individual and what you are taking the products for, but we would recommend taking it for 6-8 weeks to begin to see benefits and continuing on a long-term basis for best results.
- Frequency: We recommend using 1-1.5 serving (7.5g-10g) once or twice a day with food, or between meals. If you are new to collagen, we recommend starting with a lower amount and gradually building up the dosage you use.
- Timing: You can use it in the morning for a good hit of protein to stabilise blood sugar levels, post-workout for recovery, or in the evening for additional support for repair overnight.
- Serving size: One serving of our Pure Collagen powder is 7.5g which is approx. 3.5 x 5ml level tsps.
- Taste: It has a neutral taste; you can simply add it to water or coconut water, or add it to your coffee, tea, smoothies, yoghurt bowls and more.
Storage: Once opened, store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
