1 scoop Planet Paleo Primal Goddess Collagen Powder
1 1/2 cups Coconut Water
1 Cup Mixed Berries (Can be frozen)
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds and 1 Tbsp of Goji Berries to sprinkle on top
-Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on high.
-For a smoother consistency, add more liquid; for a thicker consistency, use less liquid and use frozen berries/banana.
-Top your collagen smoothie with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and goji berries for extra beauty support
