These Turmeric Latte Protein Balls make a delicious snack and are packed with plenty of nutrition too. If you find yourself constantly grazing, or opening/closing the fridge during this time, then try to include more protein-rich foods and snacks in your daily diet.
Turmeric is one of the most researched herbs, and you can find it linked to all sorts of benefits, but it’s probably best known for its anti-inflammatory effects. Honey is a great sweetener to use, especially manuka honey as it has many antibacterial and anti-viral properties.
And these protein balls obviously have a good dose of protein from the ground almonds and our collagen powder to support recovery, balanced blood sugar levels and keep you satiated. A super well-balanced snack, with no nasties and easy to make as well, this is a fun one to get the whole family involved in making.
