- Whizz ingredients (excluding the glaze ingredients) together in a food processor.
- Take a tbsp of the mix, roll into a ball and place on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat using all the dough and place in the freezer for an hour.
- For the glaze melt the ingredients together and add the lemon juice.
- Dip the frozen balls in the glaze to coat using a spoon - the glaze should set immediately. Leave for 10 minutes to defrost slightly before tucking in.
